All materials and equipment are provided, with handouts for the recipes you have been working with during the day.

This one day course designed to give you a hands on introduction into the amazing world of colour that natural dyes can offer.
Working with a combination of foraged seasonal plants and dried dye material, you will prepare and mordant your yarn and make 3 different dye baths.
You will also have the opportunity to over dye your skeins using my Indigo vat to create even more colours.
Tea and coffee are available all day and a delicious homemade lunch is included so you can relax and enjoy the day.
We will be working outside next to the alpaca fields and the alpacas will no doubt mosey over to say hello on the hunt for carrots!
